You don't have to change who you are to fit into a mold because your unique qualities and perspectives are needed to create a world of diversity and inclusion.

Jade is an 18-year-old George Mason University Ambassador majoring in nursing with a 4.0 GPA. She is also a Content Creator and Business Owner with over 50 paid Sponsorship/Partnerships affiliations that is famously known for the catch phrase "Hey Babiessssss." As a Certified Peer Facilitator she has created and leads workshops to inspire others. Her You Are Enough (YAE) campaign is one that fosters strong self-esteem. Its focus is for participants to realize that they do not have to fit into the mold or images they see depicted in the media or within their community but instead it encourages individuals that they are enough as they are and to embrace their uniqueness because it’s through these diverse backgrounds and characteristics that create true inclusion. The campaign includes 90-minute workshop on life skills needed by teens and current topics of interest their facing in society; social media videos and posts that encourage its participants.
Additionally, Jade is no stranger to the runway or stage. Jade has walked in New York Fashion Week for Designer Talisha Whyte and most recently Laylah Rose. In 2015, Jade placed top 12 at Miss Preteen United States and then again in 2021 for the Teen Miss Earth USA pageant. On June 27, 2021, Jade was crowned Miss District of Columbia's Outstanding Teen for the Miss America's Outstanding Teen program (now known as Miss America's Teen) which is the teen competition for Miss America. Alongside 50 other state candidates Jade vied to become the 16th teen winner in Orlando Florida at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando on July 30, 2021. Jade is the current Miss Ivy City Teen USA.
Jade is skilled in many things however what one realizes quickly is that she genuinely cares. Her care comes across when she is on assignment for a client whether its to promote their product; motivate their participants to believe in themselves or create & facilitate a workshop which ultimately results in a very memorable project. Facilitation, Content creation, Directing and Production are also skills Jade possess because she creates and facilitate workshops for inner city teens; exclusively creates all content for Jadesmith_.xo, the You Are Enough campaign and produced the 2022 and 2023 Miss American Teenager Pageants.
Jade's goal is to further inspire others to know they don't have to be a carbon copy of what they see in the media or their environment, continue increasing her brand recognition and make a difference in her community.
